Position: Monitoring and Evaluation Associate 

We are looking for a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Associate to join our team, with a strong focus on  data management, coordination, and communication. In this role, you will support the implementation  and improvement of monitoring processes to track program performance and outcomes. 

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection, assist in basic  data analysis, and contribute to preparing reports and insights. This role requires attention to detail,  problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with field teams to support data-driven  decision-making. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Data Collection & Analysis 

• Support data collection processes to ensure accuracy and completeness across programs.

• Maintain and update monitoring formats, trackers, and basic M&E tools.

• Conduct basic qualitative and quantitative analysis to understand program performance.

• Assist in identifying trends and gaps to support program improvements. 

Reporting & Communication 

• Prepare regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly) based on program data.

• Support documentation of key insights, field learnings, and success stories.

• Assist in creating simple presentations, summaries, and visual reports. 

• Ensure data is organized and available for internal and external reporting needs.

Program Support & Coordination 

• Work closely with field teams to ensure timely data collection and reporting.

• Support follow-ups and data validation through calls or coordination with teams.

• Assist in implementing feedback from reviews and improving data quality.

Learning & Capacity Building 

• Support basic training of field staff on data collection tools and formats.

• Participate in review meetings and share observations from data. 

• Contribute to continuous improvement by highlighting challenges and suggesting practical  solutions. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Statistics, Development Studies, or a related  field (Master’s is a plus). 

• Basic understanding of data analysis and ability to interpret data for program improvement.

• Familiarity with M&E tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic data management practices.

• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with field teams and  internal stakeholders. 

• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and solve problems in day-to-day work.

• Interest in social impact, community work, and development programs.
