EduSpots is looking for a Digital Learning Officer to join our team in Ghana, supporting two growing areas of our work:
💻 EduBytes, our professional development programme for 700+ community educators, known as Catalysts, including our Digital Champions!
🌍 Our online courses, which are soon opening up beyond our network to schools, charities and education partners
This is a new, full-time, remote-working role based in Ghana. You don’t need coding or developer experience. We’re looking for someone who is digitally confident, highly organised, patient and people-centred, with a real eye for detail.
You’ll help with:
✨ Learner and Catalyst registration and support
📊 Tracking participation, completion and impact
🎓 Certification and course administration
💬 Building an active and welcoming online learning community
🔧 Troubleshooting and helping users navigate digital platforms
📈 Data analysis and reporting
🤝 Supporting schools, charities and partners engaging with our online courses
