Ambassador Referral Program for JobsToApply.com

Objectives

JobsToApply.com is piloting an Ambassador Referral Program to increase the number of quality job seekers and nonprofit organizations on JobsToApply.com. The program aims to leverage recommendations from existing users and partnerships with like-minded organizations, influencers, content creators, leaders, social media groups, and newsletters to reach and help more mission-driven job seekers and organizations connect meaningfully and enhance their reach and impact.

Who Can Participate 

All registered users of JobsToApply.com, including job seekers and representatives from nonprofits, can apply to participate in the Ambassador Referral Program. Social media influencers, content creators, bloggers, newsletters, and career developers who demonstrate a strong understanding of the nonprofit sector and have a network that aligns with JobsToApply.com’s user base can also apply to participate. All participants can earn up to $1,230 in referral rewards, bonuses, and commission per calendar year and have access to Canva Pro during their 12-month period as ambassadors of JobsToApply.com. 

Our Ambassador Referral Program is limited to only 8 participants who have a fairly large social media following or subscribers. This allows us to allocate more resources and provide personalized support to each ambassador, ensuring their success with training, marketing materials, and direct support from our team. This also allows us to maintain a high standard of quality and effectiveness in the program, fostering a tight-knit community and encouraging collaboration towards our mission-driven goals. With a smaller group, we can monitor performance and gather feedback to quickly adapt and refine our strategies for continued success and improvement. 

Job Seeker Sign-Up Referrals:

Referrers earn a Referral Reward of $0.35 for each job seeker who signs up and submits their first job application through their referral link. Referrers earn a bonus of $5 for every set of 100 job seeker sign-ups. The maximum reward a referrer can earn in a calendar year from job seeker sign-ups is $105. This cap is reached either when the referrer successfully refers 300 job seekers, or the monetary limit of $105 is reached, whichever comes first.

A successful job seeker sign-up is counted when a new user registers on JobsToApply.com and completes their profile setup and first job application using the referrer’s unique link. Referrers are credited within 30 days of each successful sign-up or upon reaching each bonus threshold. 

Organization Sign-Up Referrals 

Referrers earn a Referral Reward of $0.5 for each organization that signs up through their referral link. Referrers earn a bonus of $5 for every set of 50 organization sign-ups. The maximum reward a referrer can earn in a calendar year from organization sign-ups is $100. This cap is reached either when the referrer successfully refers to 200 organizations or the monetary limit of $100 is reached, whichever comes first. 

A successful organization sign-up is counted when a new nonprofit organization registers on JobsToApply.com using the referrer’s unique link, completes profile setup, and/or posts at least one job. Referrers are credited within 30 days of each successful sign-up or upon reaching each bonus threshold. 

Subscription Purchase Referrals

Referrers earn a commission of 10% on the first subscription purchase made by the referred nonprofit or job seeker. The commission is calculated as 10% of the net amount received from the first payment after any taxes, discounts, or applicable fees have been deducted. For example, if the referred nonprofit organization or job seeker purchases a subscription plan costing $100, and after taxes and fees, the net received is $90, the referrer would earn a 10% commission on the $90, which amounts to $9. 

A referral is considered successful when a referred job seeker or nonprofit organization registers for an account on JobsToApply.com using a unique referral link provided to the referrer, and subsequently purchases a subscription plan. The referred party must be a new user to JobsToApply.com, having no prior registrations or subscriptions with the platform. The first purchase of the subscription must occur within 90 days of the initial registration for the referral to qualify for the commission.

Referral Tracking

JobsToApply.com will provide a unique referral code or a specific referral link that referrers can share with their networks. Referrers will have a personalized real-time dashboard where they can track their referrals, see their status, and check successful conversions and earned commissions accrued.

Non-Eligibility of Fraudulent or Incomplete Referrals

Referrals must be made in good faith, with complete and accurate information provided by both the referrer and the referred parties. Referrals deemed fraudulent, misleading, or manipulative will not be eligible for rewards. This includes, but is not limited to, attempts to create multiple accounts for the same individual or organization, use of fictitious identities, or provision of false details. 

Referrals that do not result in the referred party completing the necessary steps for registration, such as validating their email address, completing their profile, and (for job seekers) applying for a job, or (for nonprofit organizations) posting a job or buying a subscription plan, will be considered incomplete and ineligible for rewards.

Limitations on the Number of Referrals or Total Commission Payouts

Each referrer is eligible to receive rewards for up to 10 successful subscription purchase referrals per calendar month. The total commission payout to any single referrer will not exceed $105 (or $120 when including bonuses) for job seeker sign-up referrals, $100 (or $110 when including bonuses) for organization sign-up referrals, and $1,000 for subscription purchase referrals per calendar year. Total payouts in referral rewards, bonuses, and commissions to any single referer will not exceed $1,230 per calendar year.

Right to Amend, Suspend, or Terminate the Referral Program

JobsToApply.com reserves the right to amend any rules, rewards, processes, or other details of the referral program at any time without prior notice. However, we commit to informing all participants of significant changes in a timely manner via email or on our website.

The platform may suspend or terminate the referral program at any time due to operational reasons, unforeseen financial burdens, or external circumstances that necessitate such actions. In the event of suspension or termination, JobsToApply.com will notify participants as soon as possible and will honor any pending legitimate rewards accrued up to the date of suspension or termination.
