With over seven years in the nonprofit industry, Isaac and Patrick saw firsthand how organizations struggle to find and recruit qualified candidates due to the high costs and low visibility of their job openings on large generalist job boards dominated by corporate listings. They learned that the most effective hires often came from within the nonprofit community—candidates referred and shared by peers were often skilled and deeply committed.

In November 2023, they set out to design a job board that helps job seekers find suitable work and organizations find suitable candidates. They sought to help create a vibrant ecosystem where meaningful work finds its ideal champions and where the pursuit of social impact is the cornerstone of every career. They enlisted the help of Clinet Online to build a specialized recruitment platform tailored for job seekers passionate about making a difference and for nonprofit organizations themselves.
