GLOBAL TEACHER RECRUITMENT COMMUNITY BUILDER

Take Action Global (TAG) is seeking an energetic, highly organized Global Teacher Recruitment Community Builder to help educators around the world discover and join our programs and global community.

TAG is an international nonprofit working at the intersection of education, climate action, and global collaboration. Through programs and partnerships around the world, we create opportunities for educators and young people to learn, connect, create, and take action.

Opportunity

We are looking for someone who can help grow participation across TAG’s global programs by identifying, reaching, and engaging educators and schools around the world.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with new people, building relationships, and creating pathways for educators to become part of a global community. The Global Teacher Recruitment Coordinator will identify prospective educators and schools, lead outreach and follow-up, and help connect educators with TAG programs and opportunities.

Working closely with TAG’s program and community teams, this person will support recruitment efforts across countries and regions, develop relationships with schools and educator networks, and help ensure a welcoming and responsive experience from first contact through participation.

A key part of the role will be expanding TAG’s reach into new communities while strengthening participation in regions where we already have relationships and networks.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is outgoing, proactive, organized, and genuinely enjoys connecting with educators. The ideal candidate will bring:

• Experience in educator outreach, recruitment, community engagement, education, or a related field
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• Confidence connecting with educators, schools, and education networks
• Excellent organization and follow-through
• Ability to build relationships across cultures, countries, and educational settings
• Creativity in finding new ways to reach and engage educators
• Experience with global education, international programs, nonprofits, or educator communities is a plus
