Senior Development and Partnerships Lead

Organization: Take Action Global (TAG) Job type: Full time Deadline: Open

About this opportunity

SENIOR DEVELOPMENT AND PARTNERSHIPS LEAD

Take Action Global (TAG) is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven fundraising professional to help grow the partnerships and resources that fuel our global work.

TAG is an international nonprofit working at the intersection of education, climate action, and global collaboration. Through programs and partnerships around the world, we create opportunities for educators and young people to learn, connect, create, and take action.

Opportunity

We are looking for someone who can help TAG grow our network of corporate, foundation, and philanthropic partners. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who knows how to find the right opportunities, open doors, build relationships, and move conversations toward meaningful investment.

A key focus will be corporate partnerships, including CSR, corporate social impact, corporate foundations, and sponsorship opportunities, alongside foundation and philanthropic funding.

Working closely with TAG’s executive leadership and program teams, this person will build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective partners, lead outreach and cultivation, develop proposals and partnership concepts, and help grow both new and existing relationships. We are especially interested in someone who understands that strong fundraising begins with alignment – connecting a company’s or funder’s priorities with opportunities for meaningful global impact.

Qualifications

Take Action Global brings educators, students, organizations, and partners together to create learning experiences that lead to meaningful action. Our work spans global climate education, professional learning, student innovation, and cross-cultural collaboration.

We are looking for someone who is energized by building relationships, opening new doors, and creating partnerships that make ambitious global work possible. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Significant experience in fundraising, development, corporate partnerships, or philanthropy
  • A demonstrated track record of building relationships and securing funding
  • Experience with CSR, corporate foundations, social impact, or corporate partnerships
  • Strong existing networks in corporate philanthropy, education, sustainability, or social impact
  • Excellent communication, proposal development, and relationship-building skills
  • The confidence to initiate conversations and engage senior decision-makers
  • An entrepreneurial, proactive approach and strong follow-through
  • Experience with global organizations, international education, or climate-focused work is a plus.
