Individual Giving and Donor Engagement Manager
About this opportunity
Individual Giving and Donor Engagement Manager
Together for Girls works around the world and combines state-of-the-art data with powerful advocacy to end violence against children and adolescents, especially sexual violence. As the host of the Brave Movement, a survivor-led global advocacy initiative, we support and mobilize survivors and allies worldwide to drive political will, influence policy, and ensure that inaction is not an option.
By connecting the dots between understanding the problem, identifying effective solutions, tracking progress, and getting solutions into the hands of those with the power to make change, TfG amplifies our impact and drives toward the ultimate goal of creating a safer world for children and adolescents.
We are rooted in the conviction that violence is preventable and chance is possible, drawing upon 19 years of data from the Violence Against Children and Youth Surveys (VACS), new and emerging science, and lived experience. The Safe Futures Solutions Hub shares evidence and practice-based knowledge to inform effective prevention and response efforts, ensuring access to proven solutions across sectors. The Out of the Shadows Index tracks countries’ progress in addressing violence, providing an accountability framework and benchmark for advocacy. Brave Movement members and other activists leverage these tools to transform evidence into collective action for prevention, healing, and justice.
We are a nimble and highly impactful team that continues to grow and evolve. We work with a broad range of organizations, researchers, and advocates to drive change.
Position Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Manager, Individual Giving & Donor Engagement to join our Development team at an exciting moment in TfG’s growth. This is a rare opportunity to help shape and build an Individual Giving program from its early stages, bringing your experience, ideas and fundraising expertise to an organisation with significant potential to grow its base of individual supporters.
With the Brave Movement continuing to grow as a powerful global network of survivors, advocates and organisations, alongside TfG’s wider profile and reach, there is opportunity to build new audiences and turn growing engagement into lasting relationships with individual supporters and donors. You will have scope to test, learn and shape what Individual Giving looks like at TfG, from audience development and fundraising propositions to campaigns, digital fundraising and donor journeys.
The timing is particularly exciting. TfG is also embarking on a brand consultation, of which one key objective will be strengthening the appeal of our brand to fundraising audiences. Working closely with the Communications department and colleagues across the organization, you will have an opportunity to bring a fundraising lens to this work and help shape how TfG connects with future supporters.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Development, you will implement and help evolve TfG’s Individual Giving strategy, manage day-to-day delivery, build the individual giving pipeline, track performance against agreed KPIs, and bring insight and recommendations that help shape our wider fundraising approach. The role will also strengthen donor stewardship and engagement across the wider Development portfolio, working closely with Development colleagues, relationship owners and the Communications department.
If you are excited by the prospect of building something, rather than simply managing something that already exists, this is an opportunity to make a significant mark on TfG’s next phase of growth.

- Manage agreed individual giving and donor engagement projects from planning through delivery, coordinating timelines, milestones, inputs and follow-up.
