People & Operations Administrator
The World Benchmarking Alliance (WBA) is dedicated to enhancing corporate accountability and promoting sustainable development globally. We evaluate the performance of the world’s largest 2,000 companies across various sectors, including social, climate, nature, food and agriculture, finance, digital, and urban topics. Our benchmarks are widely utilized by investors, civil society, governments, and corporations to drive positive change and accelerate progress towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

In this role you will work closely with the People Operations Lead, People Operations Coordinator and the rest of the Operations team. Where your main focus is on supporting and delivering on people and operations-related administration. In your approaches you foster our organisational culture by being transparent, honest, proactive, sensible and inclusive. Our people and operations work is ever evolving and changing, therefore our ideal candidate is extremely well organised, flexible, enjoys finding solutions, can work fast-paced and is motivated to take on and grow into a diverse range of accountabilities.
What you will do in this role:
- Oversee day-to-day people activity together with the involved people, including ad hoc activities.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR questions and ensuring a smooth administration (handling contractual changes, personnel filing and updating our systems);
- Collaborate with the People Operations Lead to contribute to a broad range of people processes, policies and topics (recruitment, employee journey, HR conversations, compensation, benefits, leave, illness, legal compliance etc.);
- Provide guidance and insights by being organised and provide data to People Leads and the overall team;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and digitalisation of people operations processes (including updating systems, providing overviews and overseeing payroll mutations);
- Support our international work streams such as immigration, global employment and equalisation strategy;
- Contribute to activities that embed our culture and Teal ways of working, such as supporting learning and development initiatives, writing internal communication or facilitate onboarding meetings.
- Collaborate with our third-party partners on matters related to employer of record, immigration, pensions, and leave arrangements.
- Hold the space for institutional operations support and administration
We are looking for someone with:
- 3-5 years working experience in a admin HR role (preferably in an international context);
- The ability to provide operational support, take on projects independently using knowledge of HR best practices;
- A working style that reflects self-management, evolving purpose and wholeness, becoming an ambassador of our Teal working culture;
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills and excellent verbal and written English communication skills;
- A learning mindset and positive attitude who enjoys working in a fast, multicultural and remote environment;
- Affinity with and willingness to grow in areas of personal development, learning and culture.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a strong ability to embrace change and tackle new challenges.
- Excellent organising and planning skills.

You can work from anywhere, but in this role, you need to be comfortable working primarily across European and sometimes APAC time zones. The compensation range for this role is €47.589 – €50.000 per annum.
