About the Position
As the Manager of Data & Insights, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Director of Data & Insights by assisting with data management, data governance, analysis, and reporting tasks. You will help maintain and streamline data workflows, ensure the accuracy of data, and assist in delivering actionable insights to support decision-making across the organization.
This role will have no direct reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Data Management
- Support the Director in developing measurement plans.
- Manage the collection, centralization, and standardization of data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of collection and quality control processes to ensure high standards of data integrity.
- Generate and monitor data quality reports to identify issues and propose corrective actions.
- Maintain data dictionary/catalog and ensure updates from data owners.
- Collaborate with the Systems and Support team to ensure alignment between Data and Insights strategies and IT solutions.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for the continuous improvement of data management methods to scale with the organization’s evolving needs.
Insights and Reporting
- Develop regular reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help communicate key metrics and insights to business stakeholders.
- Provide analysis of data trends, patterns, and preliminary insights to the Director of Data & Insights.
- Collaborate with the Director to produce reports for executive leadership, highlighting key findings and recommendations for decision-making.
- Prepare data for ad-hoc analysis or special projects as needed by executives, business leaders, or staff.
- Ensure that data inputs are accurately reflected in reports and dashboards to inform business strategies.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to gather relevant data and provide support for data-related queries.
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and help ensure that data collection and reporting align with business needs.
- Assist the Director in organizing meetings or workshops to align teams around data initiatives and insights.
- Support the Director in change management and training for staff on data initiatives.
- Lead or manage other areas of work as assigned by the Director of Data & Insights.
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 – 7 years total work experience, ideally has a good understanding of the internet ecosystem. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Experience in data management, data analysis, or business intelligence support.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and reporting software.
- Experience with the tool, Salesforce.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence with the ability to work with large datasets and ensure accuracy.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and communicate technical data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, reporting and presentation skills in English required; proficiency in at least one additional language a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player who will productively engage with others at varying levels of seniority within and outside the organization.
- Experience in change management, process improvement, and project/program management with a focus on collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.
- Flexibility and willingness to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Capacity to work effectively as part a globally distributed team; experience with international and global organizations a plus.

Compensation and benefits for this position will be paid in local currency and based on the country and geographic location’s local salary and benefits market data for the position. Exact pay will be based on factors including but not limited to relevant qualifications, experience, geographic location, education, business and organizational needs.
