The Interim Director of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at HelpAge International will shape the organization’s evolving business model by leading an integrated fundraising strategy and managing a team focused on diversifying strategic partners. This role involves collaboration with other leaders to enhance funding capacities and maintaining relationships with key donors. The interim director will also participate in executive leadership, guide fundraising operations, and may provide technical expertise in business development.

The ideal candidate should possess a results-driven mindset, strategic leadership, and extensive experience in fundraising within the international development sector.
