Job Description:
- Assist in all activities related to farming and alternative livelihood activities in the field within the project period.
Assist the project officer in the planning & coordination of the farming and alternative Livelihood activities
Ensure proper community mobilization for beneficiary registration as per the project selection criteria. Work together with County and Payam concerned government and traditional structure for the implementation of the project.
Undertake proper and transparent beneficiary screening and input distribution with all the necessary documentation as per the requirement of the project. Ensure gender equity and sensitivity in beneficiary selection and planning and execution of activities
Ensure proper data collection and recording at County and Payam level. Participate in project assessments and implementation & monitoring
