- Organize and moderate live virtual and on-site sessions for the courses, workshops and other initiatives;
- Support in the coordination with donors and key partner organizations with regards to the definition of the objectives, profile of participants, and reporting;
- Support content development processes through research and information collection related to the legal framework and protection situation in the field operations where participants from the courses work, as well as statistics related to refugees, internally displaced persons, stateless people, and migrants;
- Support with the proposal for learning methodologies, including microlearning items, videos, and presentations;
- Assist in the administrative and technical processes of the courses and on-site events (e.g., lists of participants and facilitators, bios, etc.);
- Review and shortlist applications using the ORACLE system. Liaise with partners and outreach team for reservations, recommendations, and application follow-up;
- Support the set-up of the Institute’s Online Learning Platform (Moodle) for the relevant courses and contribute to managing and advancing the Online Learning Platform;
- Support in any translations needed (e.g., correspondence with participants, course content, broadcasts);
- Identify and coordinate internal and external facilitators and lecturers;
- Support conducting the quantitative and qualitative analysis of course evaluation forms necessary for reporting;
- Follow up with participants, facilitators, and other stakeholders involved in the project/initiative to collect feedback, assess the project’s impact, and use the data to improve the current project and develop new projects;
- Support in writing reports at the end of each course as per the standard template;
- Assist relevant colleagues in managing public information regarding the courses (including by providing key data for online presence and social media visibility);
- Conduct any other tasks deemed necessary to achieve the Department’s objectives.

- University degree in social sciences focusing on Law, Social Sciences, International Relations, Educational Science, Training for Adults;
- Excellent organizational skills, including detailed planning, task delegation, and monitoring deadlines;
- Excellent communication skills to interact with and influence internal and external stakeholders;
- Problem-solving skills to solve issues and challenges that can arise throughout the project cycle;
- Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable working with diverse teams and competing priorities;
- Experience in facilitation and moderation of sessions;
- Fluency in English and Arabic (classic), both verbal and written.
- Working knowledge of other UN languages, such as French, Spanish, and Russian;
- Experience in instructional design of learning programs and teaching methodologies.

- Experience working directly with people needing protection and groups with specific needs;
