I am a holder of a Master of Science Degree in Project Management and a transformational humanitarian leader with 18 years of humanitarian and development experience in precarious contexts. I have direct field operations and Program management experience having held senior positions in the humanitarian and development fields including as a Regional Programs Manager, Head of Mission, Programs Management Specialist, Regional Programs Advisor for East Africa and Yemen supporting 12 countries, Programs Director, and Country Director. I have managed cross cutting themes including Integration and peaceful co-existence, health, justice and security, sustainable Agrifood systems, Climate and Environment, sustainable livelihoods, general and child protection, WASH among others.

I bring to this role extensive operations excellence experience and the understanding of program management to ensure timely and quality deliverables. I have experience in partnerships management and coordination at organizational level and in consortia with government, donors, communities, and other humanitarian actors.

I possess excellent oral, writing and presentation skills and I am highly experienced in high quality proposal development and reports review and writing (I hold English Language level C2). I work exemplarily well with limited supervision and hone excellent people management skills. Over my career period, I have worked with people from different cultural, racial, and religious backgrounds successfully and with ease.

My people management skills are excellent, with a strong belief in teamwork, effective communication, promoting inclusion and a sense of belonging to rally program and operations teams to work towards set objectives.
