    Established in 2023 We are a young group of volunteers addressing issues of Gender Inequality, Social justice, feminism, menstrual hygiene and mental health. As a corporate relations manager, I help maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners, assist with grant writing, proposals, logistical coordination when we have events. We have a future leader’s mentorship program where we mentor young girls in different secondary schools in Blantyre and we are in our third cohort I helped organize an innovation session lab titled “Bridging the digital divide”. With the understanding that women in Malawi do not have access to technology as men, we organized this Lab to find innovative solutions from Namiwawa and Zingwangwa secondary school students. It was a successful lab that we got Media attention.

    Management trainee

    • A two years’ program where I will be located to all 24 sections of Blantyre water board  Project Implementation Unit – January to March Assisting with monitoring and evaluation of Blantyre water board’s performance trends Assisting with data Analysis for Know your customer Conducting performance reviews to ensure the achievement of the desired performance level. Documenting evidence that the project is on schedule and will achieve its objectives and also ensuring accurate delivery of the project against its objectives. I facilitated the development of a comprehensive result framework for the Malawi Water and Sanitation Project, outlining key objectives, outcomes, and key performance indicators to effectively measure project success. I established data collection protocols based on the methodologies employed by Geo-Enabling initiative for Monitoring and Supervision (GEMS) System, ensuring the consistency and reliability of the data gathered on water and sanitation access.
