Member of staff who works the hardest

I go this award due my high level of resilience in delivering a project that management though was difficult to crack. Complex beneficiaries and stakeholders. But i was able to deliver the project within time frame and budget and got the local government to sustain aspect of it through classroom furniture and start up capital. It was project meant to provide alternative education for youth in mining and child labour. I led the project team of seven personnel to resettle 155 youth out of child labour and placed them in schools and skills training with livelihood support for their parents. at the of the project cycle 94% was a success. Some of them are now master apprentice in their communities. while others have progressed in formal education as teachers and nurses. I was recently in 2021 named as most loyal and progressive staff for AfriKids Ghana in 2021, having navigated from a junior officer through to head of programmes.
