I am an experienced Finance and Administration Specialist with a background in project accounting, project budget management, grants reporting, P r o c u r e m e n t and project financial planning and budgeting SR Training and compliance. I worked as a finance lead in international development sector and banking industry for donor-funded projects such as the USAID West Africa Energy Program, the Helmsley Charitable Trust (USA), (USAID the Acute Care and Emergency Referral System, SCORE ECD III by the Hilton Foundation, and the Digital Extension Project by the Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA), I currently work as a project finance specialist.

    Finance Specialist

    Support Finance Director and Project Leadership to effectively manage Project's Finance and provide special reports on performance by subcontractors and ensure compliance of subcontracts with Deloitte policies/procedures and USAID in 15 West Africa Countries. • Perform analysis on operational activities and projected revenue and expense, cash flow, variances analysis, Burn rates and costs. • Maintain accounting and project reports and submissions to home country. • Review and resolve audit findings by investigating ledgers and providing supporting documents which reduce question cost • Manage petty cash, Banking platform, disbursements and advances in accordance with USAID and Deloitte policies and procedures. • Support and monitor project budget and maintain accurate records and documents • Help in Budgeting, Planning & Forecasting for project implementation activities. • Identify and recommend cost savings initiatives for program activities • Prepare and Monitor VAT refund request and submission to USAID
