It was done when the client is called on phone to be reminded to pay. 2. Loan appraisal, analysis and ascertaining of the client’s repayment capacity and his/her willingness to repay. 3. This involved making cash flows and deducting monthly expenses from the monthly income to get net income which was taken as the net income which was taken as a net repayment capacity. 6. Loan disbursement, the loan was given to the client in the LUL all cash was disbursed after approval of the loan in the credit committee and the head of committee.
