I have a decade and a half of experience in program design and strategy, with engagements spanning multinational corporations and growth-stage start-ups.

I worked for nearly half a decade across corporates in India and abroad, then picked up a couple of entrepreneurial ventures in the influencer marketing & assistive tech space. For the last three years, I have been working at The/Nudge, where I designed the Indian Administrative Fellowship (India’s first fellowship for senior professionals to work closely with the State leadership cadre on projects of strategic relevance – https://iaf.thenudge.org/), spearheaded critical interactions with the top leadership (Chief Secy, ACSs and PrSs) at Govt of Karnataka, Punjab & Central Ministries, and brought them on board. Currently, I work with stakeholders, including the Board and the leadership at The/Nudge, as the Chief of Staff to lead strategy & ops at the organizational level.

In my previous engagements with TorchIt, Spyne, and Alshaya, I gained extensive exposure and insights into entrepreneurship, product development, strategy, and stakeholder management, including investor relations.

I hold a Master’s in Business Administration from IIM Calcutta and am a professionally qualified Chartered Accountant.
