About me
I am an experienced development professional with a background in economics (micro-finance) and expertise ranging from economic development and strategic planning to project management, gender mainstreaming, and M&E. I am experienced in designing and operating performance assessment systems for large-scale social development programs and conducting strategic reviews and evaluation studies. Adept in designing, reviewing, and implementing M&E frameworks for investments funded in various social development sectors and countries in the Western Balkans and other development settings. Worked on significant evaluation studies (thematic and countries) and designed sectoral evaluation guidelines for different donors. Also, I am trained in developing performance
management plans and result frameworks and crafting detailed illustrative indicators and performance measures. Apart from working with an international organization, I have extensive experience working with local governments, business communities, and SMEs on issues of M&E, gender mainstreaming, economic growth, investment attraction, strategic planning, and the establishment of tools for local economic development.

M&E/Gender Manager provides overall vision, leadership, and guidance for the project’s monitoring, evaluation, and learning plan approach. Develops the database management system and sets protocols for collecting, analyzing, and reporting project data. Tracks and analyzes project indicators and other useful statistics and prepares timely reports, such as tracking beneficiary performance and capturing lessons learned to inform the activity’s technical approach. Facilitate the project learning process to ensure knowledge and learning are effectively shared and applied throughout the activities.
