UNICEF Child Protection Coordinator for GBCLS, CRVS & CPCMRS- GB Responsibilities Gilgit Baltistan Child Labour Survey: • Oversee and guide the implementation of Gilgit Baltistan Child Labor Survey according to the policy, strategy, action plan, and other guidelines. • Provide support to the PD and other stakeholder in timely execution of all activities, data analysis and sharing of preliminary results of CLS • Coordinate with the consultants and provide due support to P&DD in data related issues (data cleaning, coding, translation of others etc.) • Systems/Applications Functioning: Regularly coordinate with UNICEF Child Protection Case Management and Referral System GB: • Coordinate and support the SWD to implement CP Response Act 2017 and establish a Child Protection Case Management and Referral system. • Work closely with SWD for the implementation of CP legislation. Support SWD in implementing CP case management and referral system and establishing CPCMRS-MIS, Support in finalizing the Communication & technical package and field testing of the products. • Coordinate and support SWD in organizing capacity building trainings including the training on communication package. Birth Registration/ CRVS Gilgit Baltistan: • Coordinate with and provide support to the focal persons for Civil Registration and Vital Statistics and Birth Registration in the P&DD and LG&RDD Govt of GB, Oversee the implementation of interventions. • Devise a mechanism for regular collaboration and coordination with other relevant government departments, specially the Health department in GB also ensuring that the other UN agencies specifically WHO, UNFPA, UNHCR and IOM are engaged in the dialogue and program design are engaged in the dialogue and program design.
