Informatics Advisor
Head the technology and digital innovation efforts for the project, overseeing the development and adaptation of technologies used for monitoring and evaluating project success. I am responsible for leading the digital innovation and analytics strategy initiatives for USAID-ANAPA project including leading a cross functional team to provide technical support to the Ministry of Gender on the development of a national CPMIS (child protection management information system). I play a key role in building the local capacity of staff and partners, overseeing all digital projects, ensuring data quality, and developing data visualization tools. I provide technical guidance, supporting the creation of reports and research materials, and maintaining regular communication with staff to ensure the smooth operation of the program. Manage Digital Projects and Tablet-Based Data Capture: • Build local capacity in informatics and electronic case management. • Lead the development and implementation of CQI digital initiatives with interdisciplinary teams in Zambia, and Malawi. • Provide orientation and training on electronic case management to field staff. • Oversee and ensure timely completion of digital projects. • Support management and M&E through report creation and data analysis.
