As a highly motivated and experienced professional, I possess a diverse range of skills and expertise in the areas of sales and marketing, risk management, leadership, entrepreneurship, Business intelligence and analytics, excel spreadsheets and business management. I hold an Honors Degree in Insurance and Risk from Midlands State University, which has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of risk assessment, underwriting, Banking, and claims management in the insurance industry. Additionally, I have completed an Associate Degree in Applied Business Management, Certificate in Business Administration, Business and Leadership Skills and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from Brigham Young University, which have further enhanced my skills and knowledge in the areas of business and marketing. With over five years of experience in the insurance sales industry, I have developed a keen understanding of the challenges and opportunities that arise in this dynamic field of sales. I have worked on a range of projects, from analyzing the sales growth of my clients portfolio, assessing insurance risks for large corporations to managing claims for individual clients and have consistently demonstrated my ability to deliver results while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity. I am also well conversant with excel spreadsheets, data analytics, data visualization, use of pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, excel optimization. Also, the use of other excel extensions like visual basic editor, excel analytic solver and BI/analytics.
I have also committed myself to community service and leadership. I volunteered for two years as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in East Africa, where I gained valuable experience in cross-cultural communication and leadership. These experiences have taught me valuable lessons about risk-taking, innovation, and persistence in the face of challenges.
