• Facilitated in-person walk-in inquiries, as well as communication via email and phone calls. • Provided comprehensive administrative support for various events and programs, including planning, budgeting, procurement, approvals, implementation, invoicing, and payment processing. • Formation of documents as prefeasibility study, sector studies and public sector report such as PC-I. • Organized Youth Entrepreneurship Programs (YEPs) for university students, empowering them to launch their own businesses and transition from job seekers to job creators. • Efficiently managed the additional responsibility of overseeing training programs under the National Business Development Program (NBDP), a PSDP-funded initiative by SMEDA, during fiscal years 2023 and 2024, ensuring the project was successfully completed in June 2024.
