I’m an IT support specialist. My name is Kamoga Charles, and my formal position is that of an IT support specialist. I formerly held the position of technical support agent with Course Trends TX US, where I worked on their system and handled, updated, and fixed client IT-related tickets. Along the way worked with EZ Links Golf LLC, Distinct Software Solutions Ltd and until recently worked NBC Sports Next for Golf providing quality and exceptional support for their SPECIAL golf clients A Technical Support Specialist I was hired by these companies to oversee and maintain their and software systems. My skills are/where an asset to the company, as they did aid in resolving technical issues concerning customer’s accounts or company software infrastructure. A Technical Support Specialist was supporting computer software integration by diagnosing and troubleshooting common problems for client in golf sector. I’ve worked with several various systems and languages, including Java, PHP, HTML, SQL, and CSS. I’m now pursuing a Master of Science in Information Systems and Technology to update my abilities. I can work successfully both individually and in a team since I have a positive attitude. I have been able to work with all of the aforementioned companies for more than 7 years because I am open-minded, focused, and disciplined.I know I can be very helpful and an asset to your company.
