About me

With a strong background in safeguarding, investigations, and compliance, alongside over four years of experience in policy implementation, case management, and stakeholder engagement, I am committed to fostering safe and accountable environments.

In my current role as Safeguarding Manager at Action Against Hunger International, I have successfully led safeguarding policy implementation, conducted complex investigations into misconduct cases, and strengthened reporting and response mechanisms. My expertise in risk assessments, survivor-centered approaches, and capacity building has enabled me to drive organizational accountability and enhance protection frameworks. Notably, I investigated and closed four high-profile sexual misconduct cases, ensuring fair resolutions and reinforcing a culture of zero tolerance. Additionally, I developed an innovative e-reporting system using barcodes, increasing accessibility and confidentiality for survivors and witnesses.

Beyond investigations, I have played a key role in training over 100 staff, partners, and vendors on safeguarding principles, ethical reporting, and organizational commitments to PSEA. My ability to analyze trends, identify risks, and implement proactive safeguarding measures aligns with your organization’s mission to uphold the highest protection standards.
