I hold a bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Sciences and nine years of enriching experience collaborating with
National and International NGOs. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated expertise in various facets of
humanitarian work, particularly in Child Protection and GBV. With four years dedicated to working directly with Syrian
refugees, I have served as a Psychological Support Case Manager, CP Trainer, and project manager. Additionally, I
possess four years of experience focusing on GBV, and PSEAH issues, including working with refugees and Iraqi
IDPs. participation in numerous courses, training sessions, and workshops, both within and outside the Kurdistan
Region of Iraq (KRI). Notably, my training in Jordan as a Safeguarding Investigation Focal Point with Oxfam and
IOM has enhanced my skill set in this crucial area. I excel in decision-making, staff management, and budget
oversight, and have a proven track record of effectively building relationships and empowering local partner
organizations. My exceptional interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity enable me to engage effectively with staff
