Article Guidelines & Categories

We’re looking for original, high-quality articles of 300–1,500 words. Keep writing clear, engaging, and well structured with sub-headings. Use relevant charts, graphs, photos, or illustrations where helpful. Avoid heavy jargon unless necessary. All submissions are checked for plagiarism.

Suggested Categories

  • Career Development: Transitions, networking, skill growth, mentorship, and more.
  • Interview Preparation: Storytelling, behavioral techniques, industry-specific strategies, virtual best practices.
  • Resume Building: Structure for impact, tailoring, must-have elements, keyword use.
  • Talent Acquisition: Recruiting best practices, effective job descriptions, understanding job-seeker needs.
  • Employee Development: Training strategies, healthy workplaces, retention techniques.
  • Organizational Growth: Scaling operations, managing large teams, sustainability.

Submission Process & Timeline

  • Submission Period: 5th to the 30th of each month.
  • Review: End of month; 2–4 articles selected for publication. Not selected? You’re welcome to refine and resubmit.
  • Feedback: All submissions receive feedback between the 5th and 15th of the following month.
  • File Format: Please submit in Microsoft Word (.docx). PDFs are not accepted.
