We are now opening the doors to our community and inviting you to contribute to our repository of knowledge.

Why Contribute?

As a contributor, you will enhance your visibility within our community and establish yourself as a thought leader in your field. Each published article will feature your name, photo, bio, and contact information. Published contribuotrs will be promoted across our platforms and have the opportunity to be invited for an exclusive interview that will be hosted on YouTube and JobsToApply.com’s social media handles. You will receive constructive feedback from peers and experts to aid in your professional growth. Additionally, you will receive a 30% discount on our premium plans and a certificate to use in your professional portfolios or LinkedIn profile.

 

Article Guidelines and Categories

We are looking for original, high-quality articles of 300 to 1,500 words. Articles should be informative, engaging, and have clear sub-headings to guide your reader. Use relevant charts, graphs, photos, or illustrations to complement and enhance your article’s appeal and clarity.

Keep your writing clear and concise so it is accessible to a broad audience. Avoid jargon and technical language unless absolutely necessary. Write with an informative yet approachable tone and a confident voice as an expert. Keep paragraphs concise, ideally not exceeding 3-4 sentences. All submissions go through a plagiarism check.

 

Categories include, but are not limited to:

Career Development: Navigating career transitions, effective networking strategies, skills development for career advancement, the role of mentorship in career growth, and more.

Interview Preparation: Crafting compelling stories to share in interviews, behavioral interview techniques, customizing your interview strategy for different industries, virtual interview best practices, and more.

Resume Building: Structuring your resume for maximum impact, the importance of tailoring your resume for each application, key elements every resume should include, using keywords effectively in your resume, and more.

Talent Acquisition: Best practices for recruiting, effective job descriptions, and understanding what job seekers want.

Employee Development: Strategies for training programs, creating conducive work environments, and retention techniques.

Organizational Growth: Insights on scaling operations, managing large teams, and sustainability in business.

 

Submission Process and Timeline

  • Submission Period: Articles can be submitted from the 5th to the 30th of each month.
  • Review Process: Submissions will be reviewed at the end of each month, and 2-4 articles will be selected for publication. If your article is not published in the first round, please feel free to resubmit after refining it based on feedback.
  • Feedback: All submissions will receive feedback, whether selected for publication or not. Expect to hear back from us between the 5th and 15th of the following month.
  • File Format: Please submit your articles in Microsoft Word format. PDFs will not be accepted.

How to Submit

To submit your article, fill out our Article Submission Form. Indicate in the subject line “Crowdsourced Resource Library Submission – [Your Topic].”
