• Strategic Evaluation Leadership: Oversee and coordinate the implementation of the Provincial Evaluation Plan. Develop and manage Departmental Evaluation Plans, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. • Capacity Building: Lead training and capacity-building efforts to enhance team skills in evaluations and monitoring practices. • Program Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations of priority programs, providing insights and recommendations to drive improvements. • Monitoring & System Development: Collaborate with team members to establish and refine monitoring and evaluation systems for various programs. Develop and maintain effective data collection tools, including forms and questionnaires. • Data Management & Analysis: Collect, manage, and analyze data with a focus on quality control and accuracy. Perform detailed data cleaning and quality checks to ensure integrity. • Reporting & Insights: Analyze quarterly performance and trends against set targets. Compile comprehensive reports including annual evaluations, Action Work Group functionality, and District Development Model oversight. • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the implementation of Quarterly Performance Reporting (QPR) and monthly Operational Plans. Conduct oversight verification visits to assess program implementation and effectiveness. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and support the development of improvement plans and strategic initiatives.
