James holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology/Pre-Law and dual Master’s Degrees in Public Administration and Strategic Communications from Arkansas State University. He is currently pursuing a dual doctoral candidacy in Public Policy and Social Leadership, demonstrating his deep commitment to advancing knowledge and driving positive change in his field.
