Project Manager
Provide strategic planning, board development, program evaluation and leadership coaching to the NGO, design and implement grant programs and capacity-building initiatives for its funders. Manage and monitor all program components notably training, technical assistance and grants writing and develop natural resource management structures and resource mobilization strategy scaling up operations by 98%. Manage projects in rural and semi-urban communities, monitor community needs, available resources, cultures, habits, and supervise allocation and reallocation of resources to village management teams. Supervise and coordinate work of 10+ long-term and short-term staff and subcontractors, approve and submit reports, project proposals, other administrative information and budgets to donors as well as the Government of Cameroon. Oorganize workshops and facilitate seminars, develop activities for partners and funders and oversee and delivery of high-quality policy-relevant research, analysis and evaluation.
