Event Coverage: Attended media events and service launches to capture high-quality content through photography and video, showcasing the Ministry’s initiatives and their positive impact on the community in real-time. As a multimedia designer at Travelstart, I played a pivotal role in creating the promotional video for the Travelstart Flapp App, which we entered into an app development competition. I was responsible for conceptualizing and designing the video, ensuring it effectively showcased the app\'s features and benefits. By utilising engaging visuals and compelling storytelling, I highlighted the app\'s unique selling points. Our efforts paid off when the Flapp App won the title of Best Travel App, a recognition that underscored the impact of our creative approach and teamwork in the competitive landscape of app development.

In 2014, my group and I participated in the Vega School of Brand Leadership Brand Challengefor the Sports Science Institute of South Africa (SSISA). We conducted extensive research tounderstand the institute\'s brand positioning and target audience. Our team developed acomprehensive marketing strategy aimed at enhancing SSISA\'s visibility and engagementwithin the sports community. This included creating innovative branding concepts, digital marketing campaigns, andpromotional materials to effectively communicate the institute\'s mission and services. We presented our ideas to a panel of industry experts, receiving valuable feedback and insights on our approach.
