From 2020–2025, One Family Foundation incubated a growing network of social entrepreneurs and innovators, Catalyst Now, whichhas since evolved into its own independent organization. As we enter our next phase, we are expanding our policy and government engagement work, including supporting the Government Council for Social Innovation (GCSI), a global coalition of governmentsadvancing social innovation at scale.

To strengthen our Policy & Advocacy team, we are seeking a Project Administrator who will bring structure, energy, and creativity to our work across publications, stakeholder engagement, and international advocacy.

The Project Administrator (Policy & Advocacy) will provide operational, coordination, and content support to help the team deliver agrowing portfolio of knowledge products and engagement activities.

The role combines:

  • project management support (tracking timelines and deliverables),
  • stakeholder coordination (particularly working and expert groups), and
  • content      preparation      (1-pagers,      concept      notes,      and      presentation      decks).

This is an ideal position for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, proactive, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in producing polished outputs. It offers exposure to global policy work, social innovation ecosystems, and government engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management Support
  • Track progress on multiple publications and knowledge products led by the Policy & Advocacy team.
    • Monitor development timelines for two interactive websites and coordinate workflow with designers, developers, and content contributors.
    • Maintain       project       trackers,       deliverable       calendars,       and       shared       drives.

2.  Stakeholder & Working Group Coordination

  • Act as primary organiser for working groups and expert groups supporting content development.
    • Lead external outreach related to scheduling, invitations, and follow-ups.
    • Prepare meeting agendas and slides, circulate background materials, take minutes, and track action points.

3.  Content & Communications Support

  • Draft concise 1-pagers, concept notes, talking points, and briefing documents to support external engagement.
    • Develop attractive slide decks and visual presentations illustrating ongoing work.
    • Assist in assembling narrative inputs for reports, grant updates, and partner communications.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised: loves structure, tracking, order, and process.
    • Detail-driven: notices small inconsistencies, catches typos, and follows versioning.
    • People-positive: brings warmth, clarity, and confidence when coordinating stakeholders.
    • Visually strong: comfortable with presentation design and professional slide creation.
    • Collaborative & proactive: spots problems early and proposes solutions.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 1-3 years of working experience supporting projects, administration, or coordination roles (preferably in a fast-moving, international or mission-driven environment).
    • Strong organisational skills, with demonstrated ability to track deliverables and manage information.
    • Excellent written and spoken English.
    • Confident communicator across cultures and online platforms.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Salesforce, MS Office, etc.), especially slide-deck design. Experience with utilising AI tools is a plus.

Desired (not required)

  • Graduate-level training in international studies, international relations, development, public policy, or related fields.
    • Experience working in or with low- and middle-income countries (LMIC) contexts, with a demonstrated ability to respectfully navigate diverse cultural and institutional environments.
    • Interest or experience in NGOs, social enterprise, social innovation, or the social/solidarity economy.
    • Additional languages.
