Volunteer Coordinator
We are looking for someone to lead the recruitment and onboarding of volunteers across our projects. This role involves managing volunteer applications, conducting interviews, coordinating placements and arrivals, and ensuring every volunteer is well prepared before joining a programme. The Volunteer Coordinator will match volunteers to operational needs, deliver onboarding and induction processes, and provide ongoing support throughout their placement to help maintain a positive, safe and supportive volunteer experience across the organisation.
> Compensation: €600 per month
> Contract length: 6 months
> Location: Remote (must be based in Europe)
> Start date: October 5th (Handover starts on September 28th)
> Application closing date: September 2nd 2026 (Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis)
