People Coordinator (Maternity Cover)
The Vacancy
We are seeking a People Coordinator to join us on a part time basis (three days per week), playing a central role in delivering a positive, consistent and supportive employee experience across our global team. This role provides high quality coordination across the full employee lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding through to wellbeing, HR systems, policy processes and day‑to‑day people operations. As a key point of contact for staff and managers, you will help ensure our people processes run smoothly, our data is accurate, and our staff feel supported throughout their time with us.
Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, the People Coordinator will blend operational HR support with systems and process coordination, contributing to staff wellbeing initiatives, employee engagement activities and continuous improvement of our people practices. This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who is organised, proactive and committed to strengthening employee experience in a values driven organisation.
