Communications Coordinator
Women Doing Well is seeking a skilled, strategic Communications Coordinator to serve as the content engine behind our voice across every channel. Reporting to our Senior Director of Operations, you’ll own the words that reach our audiences from email and social media to event invitations and internal updates, writing with clarity, strategy, and WDW’s distinct brand voice.
Day to day, you’ll build and maintain a comprehensive communications calendar, write copy for social media, email campaigns, Ignite News, and audience-specific messaging for Facilitators, Patrons, and Partners, and brief our contract designer on marketing materials and event collateral. You’ll also monitor KPIs across email, social, and web engagement, bringing data-informed insights back to leadership, and support internal communications that keep our team aligned.
We’re looking for an exceptional writer with at least three years of marketing and communications experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience), and a genuine understanding of the women WDW serves.
This is a remote, full-time role with close collaboration across our leadership team and real input into the tools and workflows that power WDW’s operations. US Based applicants only.
