BRAC’s Social Empowerment and Legal Protection (SELP) programme announces the call for application for Legal Fellowship 2026. This fellowship offers a unique opportunity for young legal professionals to get first-hand learning experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), the legal aid system and the case management process. The fellow will engage directly with BRAC’s panel lawyers and contribute meaningfully to promote justice and bring positive change in the case management process.

Scope of work 
● Engaged under a twelve (12) months contract and the placement will be at BRAC field offices
● Eligible for any benefits outside the monthly stipend/allowance
● Concerned programme will issue a detailed TOR for each fellow and provide supervision
● Receive a certificate from the SELP programme upon completion of the Fellowship successfully

Required educational qualification and experience
● Bachelors in Law (LL.B) from a reputed university
● Affiliation with a BAR Association as advocate
● Minimum one year of legal practice in an affiliated BAR (preferred but not mandatory)
